How long will shipping take?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Do we accept returns or exchanges?
We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at youcanthearhummingbirdsllc@gmail.com for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.
Due to their delicate nature, books and artwork cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns
Once your return shirt is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
